The Choral Department at CVCA is proud to offer four choirs during the day to students in grades 7-12 and one extra-curricular Show Choir. We currently have over 210 different students participating in the vocal department.
| | - | The Junior High Choir - (current membership 61) is open for grades 7 and 8 without an audition. | | - | Women's Chorale - (current membership 38) is open to 8th grade girls by audition only and also for ladies in grades 9-12 without an audition. | | - | The Gospel Choir - (current membership 35) is open to ALL grades 7-12 and meets during the lunch periods. | | - | The Concert Choir - (current membership 84) open to guys in grades 9-12 and ladies (9-12) by audition only. | | - | The Show Choir - (current membership 20) is open to grades 9-12 by
audition only and meets once a week after school. |

Highlights for the 2007-08 school year include:
| | March 4 - 8 Spring Choir and Royal Ringers Tour | | | The Fine Arts Department is working to finalize this year's spring tour to the Big Apple! Visiting New York City provides bounteous opportunities for performance, ministry, and touring. Our exciting itinerary includes some of each. CVCA will perform at St. John the Divine church, Manhattan Christian Academy (MCA) and the Bowery Mission. As a unique aspect of this trip, students and chaperones plan to take advantage of opportunities to minister to the faculty and students of MCA, not only with music, but in practical ways as well. Students will have an opportunity to take in two Broadway shows and view the city from the top of the Empire State Building.
