1. Students must register for and take the entrance exam. (They may apply before or after they take the exam.)

2. Parents complete and return the Application for Admission. (See additional instructions for homeschooled students.)  Print the application packet here and mail to: CVCA, 4687 Wyoga Lake Road, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44224.

3. Parents may contact the Business Office for a financial aid application if they feel they need financial assistance. However, their student's application form and fee must be submitted to the Registrar first.

4. When the application for admission is complete, it is given to the Admissions Committee for review.

5. Some of the factors considered as the committee makes admissions decisions are listed below: 

6. After an initial review of your application, the committee may grant a family interview, request additional information or deny admission. The Director of Admissions will call you to make an appointment for an interview if one is granted.

7. After the interview, the committee will make a final decision for or against admission. You will be notified of that decision in writing within 10 working days.
